This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for mixology and a commitment to delivering exceptional beverage service at various events.**Compensation:**$20 an hour.**What you'll be doing:**+ Following standard recipes to mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests of the service bar.+ Setting up and breaking down all front of house and back of house bars and beverage stations.+ Performing food service as needed.+ Customer service, including describing and recommending menu items.**What we're looking for:**Must-haves:+ Service-Oriented Attitude: Passion for providing outstanding guest experiences with a professional and friendly demeanor.+ Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively interact with guests, team members, and event managers.+ Attention to Detail: Commitment to high service standards and maintaining a polished presentation.+ Adaptability: Ability to perform well in fast-paced, dynamic event environments.+ Ability to memorize and describe a variety of recipes, especially for mixed beverages.+ Prior bartending experience.+ A valid state bartending license.Nice-to-haves:+ Experience: At least one year of food service experience in catering, banquets, fine dining, or a high-volume restaurant setting.+ Knowledge: Familiarity with formal dining etiquette and event service techniques.\#LI-DM1\#indeedelior**About Constellation:**From retail spaces to office buildings, Constellation provides high-quality business dining and catering experiences all over the United States.
