Agente de Soporte para Viajeros
Somos un equipo de viajes remoto y estamos incorporando un/a Agente de Soporte para Viajeros para brindar apoyo a nuestros clientes en cada etapa de su experiencia de viaje, desde la reserva inicial hasta el seguimiento posterior al viaje.
Sers la voz de nuestro equipo: atendiendo consultas, resolviendo inconvenientes y asegurndote de que cada viajero se sienta informado y bien atendido. Es un puesto completamente remoto con horario flexible y capacitacin completa desde el primer da. No se requiere experiencia previa en la industria de viajes.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Atender consultas de clientes de manera profesional por correo electrnico, telfono y plataformas de mensajera.
- Gestionar cambios de itinerario, cancelaciones y solicitudes especiales de viaje.
- Investigar destinos, ofertas y opciones de viaje segn las necesidades y presupuesto de cada cliente.
- Preparar itinerarios de viaje personalizados y cotizaciones simples.
- Resolver dudas sobre reservas y brindar soluciones de forma rpida y eficiente.
- Mantener actualizados los datos de los clientes y los registros de reservas.
- Asistir a sesiones virtuales de capacitacin opcionales y mantenerse al da con las tendencias de viajes y promociones de proveedores.

- Actitud amable y profesional con gran atencin al detalle.
- Persona autnoma, organizada y capaz de trabajar de manera independiente.
- Confianza en el uso de computadoras, correo electrnico y herramientas en lnea.
- Experiencia previa en viajes, hotelera, ventas o servicio al cliente es un plus, pero no es obligatoria.
Requisitos Tcnicos
- Laptop o computadora de escritorio.
- Conexin estable a internet de banda ancha.
- Telfono inteligente para comunicacin y actualizaciones.
- Debe estar autorizado/a para trabajar en Estados Unidos, Reino Unido, Australia, Latinoamrica o Espaa.
