We are looking for a Production Coordinator to support day-to-day operational scheduling and workflow activities for a credit union environment in Linthicum, Maryland. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can keep appointments, production priorities, and project timelines organized while helping teams maintain consistent output. The right candidate will bring a proactive approach to coordination, clear communication skills, and the ability to keep multiple production-related tasks moving efficiently.
Responsibilities:• Organize and manage appointment schedules to ensure timely coordination across teams and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain production plans that align daily activities with business priorities and delivery expectations.
• Monitor day-to-day production progress, identify scheduling conflicts, and help keep work on track.
• Coordinate project-related tasks by tracking milestones, following up on action items, and supporting smooth execution.
• Partner with internal teams to improve workflow visibility and maintain efficient production processes.
• Prepare status updates and communicate scheduling, workload, and production changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Review operational priorities regularly and adjust plans as needed to meet shifting production demands.• At least 3 years of experience in production coordination, scheduling, or a related operational support role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage appointments, calendars, or production schedules in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting production planning and overseeing daily workflow activities.
• Strong project coordination skills with the ability to track deadlines and follow through on deliverables.
• Working knowledge of production processes and an ability to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail and changing priorities.
