Senior Trial Attorney We are a highly regarded super-regional insurance company seeking an experienced Senior Trial Attorney to join our legal team in Wayne, Pennsylvania. Base salary $133K - $184K plus a comprehensive benefits package. Hybrid work: two days in the office; three days remote. Primary Duties Represent clients in court, including trials and appeals. Develop and implement defense strategies based on thorough legal research and analysis. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal briefs. Provide legal advice and updates to claims professionals and clients. Participate in training and development of claims staff. Maintain professional communication with courts, clients, and opposing counsel. Stay current with legal trends and complete continuing legal education. Requirements Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school. Active Pennsylvania Bar membership in good standing; multi-state admission preferred. 15+ years of litigation experience preferred, including trial experience. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office.
