non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

in northern New Hampshire is seeking an experienced

Nurse Practitioner

with

3 5 years of primary care experience

to join its collaborative, mission-driven team.

New graduates will not be considered.

Providers practice in an integrated care environment alongside primary care, behavioral health, patient support, nutrition, and wellness services, allowing for a truly team-based approach to care.
Position Highlights:
Full-time or part-time schedule available
Flexible weekday hours with a standard clinic schedule of

8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Opportunity to adjust start/end times to improve patient access
No evenings, weekends, or call responsibilities
Approximately

2 patients per hour , allowing providers to focus on quality patient care
Dedicated administrative time (approximately

20% admin / 80% clinical

for full-time providers)
Collaborative provider team including physicians, advanced practice providers, pediatric care, behavioral health clinicians, and social workers
Athena EMR (transitioning to AthenaOne)
Visa candidates are welcome to apply
Typical credentialing timeline is approximately
