Community Wellness Partners is looking for a committed Dietitian to enhance the health and wellness of patients in various care settings. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and preferably an RDN credential, equipped with strong communication skills and a passion for promoting healthy lifestyles. Responsibilities include conducting nutritional assessments and tailoring nutrition care plans.
