Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree coupled with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) from ASCP or AMT must be achieved within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout the period of employment.
