The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) invites applications for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). This role serves as the primary People and Culture advisor to assigned divisions, guiding workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness in a safety-sensitive transit environment.
