Restaurant Manager

We are hiring an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing a restaurant and experience in Indian cuisine. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food and service, managing staff, controlling costs, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests. This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant including scheduling, inventory management, and staff supervision. Ensure high-quality food and service standards are consistently met. Train and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service. Monitor and control costs to meet budget goals. Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees. Build relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant. Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment. Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage staff effectively. Ability to handle high‑pressure situations and make quick decisions. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and reporting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and employees alike. Salary : $1300 per month. Accommodation : Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the temporary assignment.
