Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Call routing and triage of retail leads
Maintain impeccable pipeline management
Tracking contact attempts and scheduling calls with sales agents
Succinct and detailed notetaking in referrals
Managing callbacks and follow-ups with customers
Working with contract validation and underwriting
Conducting Welcome Calls to ensure activation
Handling referral assignments and inbound calls
Participating in regular feedback sessions
Evaluating pilot conversion rates and effectiveness
