Hospice Community Outreach Specialist

Ennoble Care, a home-based primary care, palliative care, and hospice provider, seeks a Hospice Community Liaison for the Dekalb, Georgia region. This full-time role focuses on community outreach, building referral networks, and promoting home-based services to hospitals, clinics, and facilities. The position requires at least 3 years in marketing or health agency work, strong communication and organization, and a valid driver’s license.
