Elite Home Health Care is seeking a driven Community Outreach Representative to promote and grow our presence within NYC and the greater surrounding area. You will develop and maintain strategic community partnerships to generate quality referrals for home care services. Candidates with home care marketing or community outreach experience, knowledge of MLTC/Medicaid, and the ability to build referral relationships in the downstate New York market are preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Elite Home Health Care
