About the Position

Job Title: Float Pool Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Med/Surg/Tele Duration: 20 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour, Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: - 18 months combined permanent experience in specialty required. - Must have 18 months of recent Med/Surg/Tele experience. License: - Must have a valid Ohio license or compact license in hand. Certifications: - Active American Red Cross BLS - ACLS - NIHSS certification required. Must-Have: - Must work at least every other holiday. - Acceptable ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate scores required during orientation. Description: We are seeking a Med/Surg/Tele Float Pool Registered Nurse. This role requires the ability to float to various units to care for a similar patient population. Shifts may vary based on operational needs. Recent Med/Surg/Tele experience is essential. Candidates must possess the necessary certifications and licenses. An acceptable background check with no open cases is required. Travelers must adhere to nicotine-free requirements, with exemptions for specific roles. Candidates will receive two attempts to pass the required assessments during orientation. All other necessary documentation and references must be in compliance with facility policies.
