Position Summary

The Storeroom Clerk is responsible for managing MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) inventory to ensure materials are available to support safe and efficient plant operations. This role owns SAP storeroom transactions, supports maintenance planning through parts staging and stock management, and maintains a highly organized, 5S-driven storeroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process all small package receiving in SAP/Coupa , ensuring accurate and timely transaction entry
• Store all received and returned materials in assigned locations while maintaining inventory accuracy
• Pick and stage parts for kitted work orders to support planned maintenance execution
• Partner with the area owners to establish and maintain appropriate stock levels
• Lead spare parts review and alignment meetings to ensure proper inventory levels and material readiness
• Create and maintain material master records in SAP for all new stocked items
• Organize and establish storage bin locations to ensure an efficient and logical layout
• Maintain a high level of organization and housekeeping , establishing 5S standards
• Communicate effectively with internal customers and external vendors/suppliers to ensure parts are available when needed

Qualifications

Required

• At least 1 year of experience in a stockroom or warehouse environment
• Hands-on experience with ERP or WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo, Oracle) for receiving, issuing, and inventory tracking
• Experience maintaining inventory accuracy , including proper material storage and transaction control
• Demonstrated ability to organize materials and maintain structured storage systems , including bin locations and labeling

Preferred

• Experience in a maintenance storeroom supporting MRO materials
• Experience supporting kitting for planned maintenance work
• Familiarity with spare parts management and inventory optimization practices

• Ability to prioritize and support maintenance needs in a fast-paced environment
