Role Description The Sales Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Englewood, CO, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts across multiple industries. This role involves maintaining regular contact with customers, understanding their technical and business needs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate quotes, timely orders, and high-quality product delivery. The Sales Account Manager will identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and develop long-term relationships that support customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Daily activities include preparing proposals, tracking orders, managing inventory and stocking arrangements where applicable, and resolving any issues in partnership with customer service and production teams. The role also requires maintaining detailed records in CRM or related systems and contributing to continuous improvement in sales processes and customer communication. Qualifications Strong account management and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Ability to drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and understanding of customer requirements. Experience in lead generation and sales development, including identifying prospects and converting opportunities into accounts. Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with comfort presenting solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in manufacturing, OEM, or industrial environments is beneficial; familiarity with custom graphics or die-cut products is a plus. Proficiency with CRM software and basic office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, email) for tracking accounts and preparing proposals. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. What You’ll Do Prepare detailed quotes and bids based on customer specifications Analyze blueprints, drawings, and technical documents Collaborate with customers to identify the best production solutions Build and maintain strong client relationships, working directly with Purchasing, engineering and other customer representatives. Promote Mar-Tek’s comprehensive manufacturing and quality capabilities Ensure accurate cost calculations, material yields, and pricing What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in estimating and/or inside sales in precision custom printing, die-cutting, labeling, or related industries Working knowledge of film and adhesive materials commonly used in OEM industrial production Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Excellent math and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Estimating programs Detail-oriented Team player Why Join Mar-Tek?
