Now hiring machinist in Irwin, PA. Pay rate: $26.00 per hour. Schedule: 2nd shift | Monday Thursday, 3:00 PM-12:00 AM and Friday, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM. Built for the ones who still measure twice. What it takes to run with the pros: diploma or GED required; machining school is a solid advantage. Experience running manual and CNC machines (Haas, Mazak, or Okuma preferred). Strong with blueprint reading, measuring, and shop math. Dependable and able to work with minimal supervision. Physically fit to lift parts and stay on your feet.

What's expected: program, set up, run, and maintain CNC machines. Read and follow detailed prints and specs. Conduct detailed inspections of machined parts using various precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, thread gauges, and CMM to ensure quality and accuracy. Maintain clean work areas and solid safety habits.
