Job Description
Program, set-up, and operate equipment associated with the delivery of Able Tool Co., Inc. products to customers. Responsible for understanding and meeting specifications and requirements of the customer as well as regulatory or statutory requirements. Perform and record results of first piece and subsequent in-process inspections. Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean working environment as well as reporting nonconforming products in accordance with documented procedures.
Essential Functions of Position
· Ensures understanding of requirements and that finished product requirements.
· Programs equipment as appropriate.
· Operates equipment including CNC lathes, CNC mills, conventional equipment, etc.
· Performs first-piece and in-process inspections.
· Identifies and reports nonconforming product.
· Performs routine and minor maintenance on equipment.
Schedule
· First shift; Monday-Friday
