Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18/hour

Temporary Assignment Details: This is a temporary position running from October through mid-January. It's a great opportunity for those seeking seasonal work or looking to gain experience during the busy holiday retail season.

Shift: Full-time. Standard shifts are 7am3:30pm or 8:30am5pm. Special scheduling needs include:

• Wednesday before Thanksgiving (11/25): Must work, and also available 810pm
• Black Friday weekend: Likely 8am4:30pm
• December weekends may be required
• Mondays in December: 7am5pm
• Must work December 26.

What's a typical day as a Customer Care Representative? You'll be:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a high-volume contact center
• Providing accurate information to customers and resolving their issues efficiently

• Operating within a corporate retail setting, reporting to the Contact Center Supervisor

• Have previous experience in customer service or call center environments (preferred, but not required)

• Are available to work the specified shifts, including special scheduling around holidays and weekends
