Senior Director - Product Management, Healthcare Data & MDM Solutions

Role Description

The Senior Director, Healthcare Data & MDM Solutions is a senior leadership role responsible for owning strategy, execution, and delivery of complex, high-impact healthcare data initiatives. This role blends product leadership, consulting delivery excellence, and deep healthcare payer and MDM expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Healthcare Product & MDM Strategy Leadership
  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
  • Lead development of enterprise MDM capabilities across healthcare domains.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies and data-driven product decisions.
• Consulting Delivery & Customer Leadership
  • Serve as delivery executive for large, complex healthcare engagements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare payer executives.
  • Shape statements of work and expansion opportunities.
• People & Organizational Leadership
  • Lead and develop product managers and consulting leaders.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, scalability, and customer focus.
• Operational & Financial Accountability
  • Own P&L performance, forecasting, and KPI measurement.
  • Champion Agile and Lean delivery methodologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leadership experience in healthcare consulting or product management.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• PMP or Agile certification preferred.
• Experience working with or for healthcare payers.
• Proven leadership of MDM solutions in healthcare.
• Strong financial, delivery, and executive communication skills.

Requirements

• U.S. National Base Pay Range: $156,700 - $290,900. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
• Base Pay Range for CO is $156,700 - $290,900.
• Base Pay Range for IL is $164,500 - $305,500.
• Base Pay Range for Chicago, IL is $172,400 - $320,000.
• Base Pay Range for MD is $164,500 - $305,500.
• Base Pay Range for NY is $172,400 - $320,000.
• Base Pay Range for New York City is $188,000 - $349,000.
• Base Pay Range for Rochester, NY is $156,700 - $290,900.
• Base Pay Range for OH is $148,800 - $276,300.
• Base Pay Range for NJ is $189,420 - $302,580.
• This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
