Deliver individualized speech therapy with a focus on communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.

Facilitate occasional inpatient evaluations and therapy to ensure an uninterrupted care journey.

Maintain precise and timely documentation adhering to all state, federal, and organizational standards.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a reputable accredited institution.

Achievement of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based treatments applicable across all ages, demonstrating insight into both developmental and acquired disorders affecting speech, language, and swallowing.

Outstanding communication with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary care teams.

An ability to tailor therapeutic approaches to cater to diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
