Resumen:
El limpiador proporciona el mantenimiento y la limpieza general de las áreas asignadas en el interior o exterior de la ubicación, que incluyen; espacios de oficinas, baños, áreas para comer (interior/exterior), ascensores, bebederos, pasillos (interior/exterior). Debe estar dispuesto a completar la tarea y trabajar las horas asignadas.
El limpiador proporciona la limpieza general y el mantenimiento de todas las áreas asignadas, incluidas las siguientes tareas:
- Limpiar los baños, reponer los baños
- Papelera vacía, papeleras de reciclaje vacías
- Aspire alfombras, barre, trapee y trapee superficies duras
- Reposicionar los muebles, quitar el polvo y limpiar
- Realizar tareas adicionales según sea necesario
- El área asignada puede ser un edificio de oficinas, un almacén, una escuela, una universidad u otra instalación.
