Residential Sales Consultant - Home Improvement Projects (1st yr $70k+ OTE, Company Car)

Overview Our client in the home improvement services industry is looking for a Sales Consultant /Project Estimator to join their team near Walden, NY to help develop and serve their residential customers. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing warm leads provided by the company (90%) while generating the remaining 10% on your own. This is NOT a door-to-door sales role and NO cold calling — instead, you’ll focus on scheduling meetings with customers, estimating jobs, and following through to secure the project, resolving any issues that may come up. The time from estimate to signed agreement is about two weeks, and consistent follow-up is key to securing the business.
