Senior Marketing Operations Manager

Hands-on and detail-driven, the full-time Senior Marketing Operations Manager will own the execution and optimization of marketing program initiatives across international markets, primarily focusing on APAC, while working remotely or onsite in Waltham, MA. Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end build and deployment of email and SMS campaigns supporting customer lifecycle management initiatives across international markets Partner with regional stakeholders to align global marketing strategies with local execution needs, ensuring timely delivery of programs Configure and manage automated journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, supporting key customer engagement moments tailored for international audiences Required qualifications 5-7 years of hands-on marketing operations experience with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Working knowledge of AMPscript and SQL Solid understanding of international data privacy and compliance regulations, including GDPR and APAC frameworks Cultural awareness and sensitivity to regional differences in communication and audience behavior Experience collaborating with data science teams to operationalize targeting models and personalization strategies
