Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients with functional limitations and disabilities, developing individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations.
• Implement and oversee treatment regimens, utilizing evidence-based practices to improve patient mobility and function.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge plans, in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
