We DO NOT COUNT RVUs, and instead teach you the business side of medicine so that you can fully embrace the pathway to partnership and become an equity owner after 2 short years. Oceanside is a unique opportunity to work with a seasoned physician who built her very large and established practice over the last 20 years and benefit from her mentorship and transference of patient good will and trust. The plan is to first establish you in this role and then bring on another physician. There is plenty of parking and you will be working in a newly built out office space.
