Minimum Requirements

Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
Active Michigan Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment
BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required
Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred
Experience with standard SNF documentation and therapy scheduling preferred

Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities when requested
