Revenue Cycle Specialist

E Central Medical Management is an established medical management company located in New Hyde Park, Long Island. We pride ourselves on helping our clients stay profitable and providing total practice solutions. Currently we are seeking detail-driven Revenue Cycle Specialists, with in and out of network experience, to manage the complete revenue cycle workflow - from pre-submission review through claim submission and follow-up. Ideal candidates will have a great work ethic, excellent communication skills and great attention to detail. This position requires well-rounded knowledge of the revenue cycle process and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

In this role, you will review submitted claims for accuracy and investigate and resolve claim denials and rejections by analyzing coding and documentation. You will manage insurance appeals and denial management workflows, verify insurance coverage, and confirm patient eligibility. A strong focus on compliance is essential, as you will be responsible for ensuring all billing processes adhere to healthcare regulations and company policies. You will collaborate closely with providers and administrative staff to support accurate documentation and seamless billing operations, while managing patient calls and account balances with professionalism and care. Additionally, you will participate in client and representative meetings as needed to support ongoing business relationships and operational goals.

Qualifications and skills required:

Candidates must hold a High School diploma (or equivalent) and bring 2–3 years of medical billing experience, ideally with a background in out-of-network billing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt across different work environments. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is also required.
