This company produces high-quality wooden reels used around the world and is known for its team-oriented environment and long-term opportunities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and working in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities:
- Assemble wooden components into finished products.
- Use basic hand tools and measuring devices.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Label, tag, and prepare products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Support additional warehouse and production tasks as needed.
- Minimum of 1-2+ years of manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
