Senior Director, Institutional Valuation Practice Location: On-site – Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Miami, FL; Orlando, FL; Seattle, WA; Washington, DC Responsibilities Manage team members, workflow, and deliver superior client outcomes with less time spent on personally completing assignments. Originate selective work, partnering with leadership to identify targets. Inspect properties for tier‑1 clients, when client interaction benefits business growth or when coaching junior team members. Attend at least two local commercial real‑estate events per year and volunteer for one board/leadership/committee position within AI/IRWA/ULI or similar professional organizations. Represent the JLL brand by demonstrating optimism, intelligence, and collaboration. Provide industry‑relevant solutions to client needs. Education Requirements Continue participation in JLLU to focus on career path alignment and building professional skill sets, including people management and business development. Skillset Requirements Previous institutional or client management experience preferred. Previous Argus Enterprise experience required. Moderate travel for business development/property inspections expected. Ability to cover multiple asset classes and geographic markets. Ability to maintain professional licenses in multiple states as required by the team. Licensing Requirements State certified general appraiser license. Maintain state licensing for specific geographic focus and pull temporary practice permits when required. Minimum three years of holding CG license. Sign reports. Management Scope Assist with recruiting team members. Coach analyst I’s, senior analysts, associates, associate directors, and/or directors to complete assignments. Manage up to four individuals.
