Enjoy a part-time schedule totaling 30 hours per week, with workdays aligned to school hours from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm, making it easier to balance work and life.

You will work closely with a small caseload—currently 2 students—with a focus on delivering owed and compensatory occupational therapy services. Your commitment and compassion will help support students’ functional, academic, and social success by addressing their unique needs in a school setting.

Desired Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with current OT licensure in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience providing occupational therapy services in a school or pediatric environment
• Strong understanding of IEPs and compensatory service delivery
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Passion for supporting the developmental and educational progress of students

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ functional skills and develop individualized therapy plans in line with IEP goals
• Provide direct occupational therapy services, tailored to each student’s needs and compensatory requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and keep accurate service logs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning and decisions
