Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
• Create and progress individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, diagnosis, function, and clinical presentation.
• Deliver hands-on, patient-centered care focused on movement, strength, mobility, balance, pain reduction, and long-term function.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic activity, and functional training.
• Educate patients on their condition, recovery plan, home exercise program, and long-term wellness.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation in the clinic's EMR system.
• Communicate patient progress with clinic staff, referring providers, and care team members as needed.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to maintain continuity of care during the temporary coverage period.
• Manage a consistent daily caseload while maintaining quality clinical outcomes.
• Support a clean, safe, organized, and professional treatment environment.
• Follow clinic standards, state practice guidelines, and Physical Therapist scope of practice.

Qualifications

• BLS or CPR certification preferred.
