Catch Air is a larger-than-life indoor soft‑play adventure park for children themed around a family. At Catch Air, we create a world of fun, adventure, and learning for kids of all ages! Our parks are filled with vibrant murals, exciting themes, and giant play structures designed to spark imagination and active play. From twisting slides to climbing challenges, our spaces encourage physical, mental, and social development through engaging activities. Unlike traditional entertainment centres, we focus on active play—no arcade games or ticket booths here! Kids run, jump, climb, and slide while learning valuable skills like sharing, teamwork, and making new friends. Kitchen Lead Responsibilities Supervise, train, and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations Foster a positive, team‑oriented work environment Lead by example with strong work ethic, professionalism, and accountability Coordinate with the General Manager to ensure proper staffing levels during shifts Food Quality & Execution Ensure all food items are prepared and presented according to company standards Maintain strict quality control on all items leaving the kitchen Monitor consistency, portioning, and presentation Inventory & Operations Manage inventory levels, ordering, and restocking of kitchen supplies Conduct regular inventory counts and minimise waste Ensure all kitchen stations are properly stocked and organised at all times Sanitation & Safety Enforce all health, safety, and sanitation standards Maintain a clean, organised, and inspection‑ready kitchen Ensure all staff follow proper food handling and safety procedures Qualifications Previous kitchen or food service leadership experience preferred Strong organisational and multitasking skills Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast‑paced environment Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Work Requirements Ability to work 4–8 hour shifts Must be available to work weekends Availability to work holidays as needed Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight Work Type In‑person Part‑time (28–30 hours a week) Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, holds themselves and their team to high standards, and thrives in a team‑focused environment.
