Overview Operations Manager – Catering & Meal Production (Full-Time) Social Express Catering & Meal Prep (SECMP) | Metro Atlanta, GA Pay: $50,000–$55,000/year (based on experience) + performance bonus opportunity Schedule: Full-time | Early mornings required | Some weekends/evenings as needed Location: On-site (Metro Atlanta) About Us Social Express Catering & Meal Prep (SECMP) is a high-volume catering and meal production company serving Metro Atlanta. We are known for consistent execution, strong leadership, and delivering cultural culinary experiences at scale. We’re growing fast and looking for a seasoned Operations Manager to help run the day-to-day. Position Overview We’re hiring a hands-on Operations Manager to lead kitchen production, packing, dispatch, and daily team accountability. This role is ideal for an experienced operator who can bring structure, enforce standards, and keep the kitchen running smoothly without chaos. This is not a desk role — you will be on the floor leading production and ensuring everything is executed on time. Responsibilities Lead daily kitchen operations: prep, production, packing, staging, load-out, and reset Run pre-shift huddles, assign stations, and manage timelines to ensure deadlines are met Maintain quality standards for portioning, packaging, labeling, and accuracy Oversee daily dispatch and driver readiness to ensure on-time deliveries Maintain inventory readiness (food, packaging, disposables) and reduce waste Enforce food safety, sanitation, and operational compliance standards Schedule staff, manage labor efficiency, and control overtime through planning Train, coach, and hold staff accountable for performance and reliability Support catering/event readiness by ensuring Chef Jarvis has what’s needed (Chef leads day-of execution) Track daily performance metrics and provide updates to leadership What We’re Looking For Required: 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen, meal prep, catering, or food production environment Strong ability to manage people, time, and deadlines under pressure Organized, firm, and consistent leadership style Excellent communication and follow-through Comfortable working early mornings and being hands-on daily Preferred: ServSafe Manager certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience managing delivery logistics/dispatch operations Experience implementing SOPs and basic KPI tracking Performance Expectations (KPIs) On-time production and dispatch execution Accuracy in packing and order fulfillment Strong cleanliness and food safety compliance Reliable staffing coverage and team accountability Reduced waste and better labor efficiency over time Why Join SECMP Fast-growing company with real leadership opportunity You’ll have ownership of daily operations and make a real impact Strong culture of excellence, accountability, and execution #J-18808-Ljbffr SOCIAL EXPRESS CATERING & MEAL PREP
