Budget Analyst

Responsibilitie sDevelop and maintain annual budgets and rolling forecasts .Analyze monthly financial results, identifying variances and providing actionable recommendations .Prepare financial models to support strategic planning and business decisions .Monitor departmental spending and ensure adherence to approved budgets .Partner with department leaders to evaluate financial performance and improve cost efficiencies .Create monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and dashboards .Assist with long-term financial planning and cash flow forecasting .Support month-end and year-end close processes as needed .Identify opportunities to improve budgeting processes and financial reporting .Ensure financial data integrity and compliance with internal policies .Qualificatio nsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fiel d.2+ years of budgeting, financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting experienc ).Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software preferre d.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skill s.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholder s.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environmen #J-18808-Ljbffr
