Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to inmates in a correctional health setting
• Perform assessments, monitor patients’ condition, and document findings
• Administer prescribed medications and record administrations accurately
• Provide basic wound care and clinical procedures within scope of practice
• Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and security staff to coordinate care
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and uphold safety and infection control standards

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license (US)
• Ability to work evenings and maintain 40 hours per week guaranteed
• Willingness to work in a correctional setting and follow facility policies
• Acceptance of a 13-week travel assignment as described
