Looking for an opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships while making a lasting impact? Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our rehabilitation team serving Dow Rummel Village in Sioux Falls and a nearby partner community in Brandon, SD .

This SLP has the opportunity to be a hybrid SLP- treating pediatric, Birth to Three clients in addition to the geriatric clients.

Working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team, you'll help adult and geriatric patients improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function while supporting greater independence and quality of life.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy services focused on improving communication, cognition, and swallowing function
• Educate patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members regarding treatment plans and home strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and rehabilitation team members to support optimal patient outcomes
• Provide therapy services at Dow Rummel Village and a nearby partner community in Brandon
• Complete timely, accurate documentation supporting quality patient care and regulatory compliance

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Speech Language Pathologist license (or eligibility for licensure) in South Dakota
