We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to define, develop, and govern the organization's technology strategy and architecture roadmap. The ideal candidate will align business objectives with technology solutions, establish enterprise architecture standards, and drive digital transformation initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with executive leadership, business stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology investments.

Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, standards, and governance processes.

Align business strategies with technology roadmaps and architectural solutions.

Design enterprise-wide architecture covering applications, data, infrastructure, security, and cloud platforms.

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that support business growth and innovation.

Lead architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise standards and best practices.

Collaborate with business and IT leaders to define strategic technology initiatives.

Create current-state, future-state, and transition architecture models.

Guide solution architects and technical teams during project implementation.

Ensure scalability, security, performance, and reliability across enterprise systems.

Support digital transformation, cloud migration, modernization, and integration initiatives.

Identify technology risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Drive architecture governance and decision-making across multiple business units.

Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles and frameworks.

Expertise in application, infrastructure, cloud, data, and security architecture.

Excellent strategic planning and technology leadership skills.

Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Experience managing complex enterprise environments.

Ability to balance business goals, technical requirements, and budget constraints.

Enterprise Architecture Frameworks: TOGAF, Zachman, FEAF

Cloud Platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Architecture Patterns: Microservices, SOA, Event-Driven Architecture, Serverless

Integration Technologies: REST APIs, GraphQL, Kafka, MuleSoft

Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

Enterprise Applications: ERP, CRM, HRMS, ATS

Security Architecture and IAM

Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation

DevOps & CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps

Modeling Tools: ArchiMate, Visio, Sparx Enterprise Architect, Lucidchart

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline is preferred.

Relevant certifications are highly desirable:

TOGAF Certified

AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional

Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Google Professional Cloud Architect

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

10–15+ years of experience in IT, Software Engineering, Architecture, or Technology Leadership roles.

5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect, Chief Architect, or Senior Solutions Architect.

Experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.

Proven track record of designing and governing large-scale enterprise technology ecosystems.

Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud architectures.

Knowledge of AI/ML, Generative AI, and intelligent automation platforms.

Experience with enterprise integration, data governance, and analytics solutions.

Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards.

Experience supporting global enterprise environments and large-scale business operations.
