Associate Account Manager

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, the remote Associate Account Manager will ensure client satisfaction and retention while collaborating cross-functionally with various internal teams to drive account growth and provide exceptional service. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring high satisfaction Coordinate cross-team efforts and provide feedback to internal teams to align on client needs and product offerings Identify upsell opportunities and lead quarterly business reviews to drive account growth and prevent churn Required qualifications 1+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales, preferably with Payor accounts Experience in B2B2C mental health-related industries is highly preferred Proficiency with CRM software and data-driven decision-making Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously Empathetic and customer-focused, with a genuine interest in improving mental health outcomes
