In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, helping them leverage AWS Cloud technologies to transform customer experience, sales, marketing, and supply chain operations.You will partner with sales teams and executive stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape strategic cloud initiatives, develop innovative AI-driven solutions, and drive successful cloud adoption. The ideal candidate has extensive experience within the AWS ecosystem, including cloud services, AWS partnerships, professional services, and solution selling.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Leadership & Client EngagementStay current on AWS Cloud technologies, AI solutions, and industry trends.Build trusted relationships with C-level executives.Translate business challenges into cloud-enabled solutions.Communicate the business value and ROI of AWS Cloud technologies.Presales & Deal StrategyPartner with sales teams to identify and qualify new business opportunities.Develop and present compelling proposals and business cases.Shape strategic deals that include AWS joint offerings and investments.Support customer initiatives focused on: Customer ExperienceCustomer ServiceSales & MarketingSupply ChainDevelop innovative AWS solutions utilizing technologies such as: Artificial Intelligence (AI)Machine Learning (ML)Internet of Things (IoT)Generative AIConversational AIAgentic AI / Multi-Agent SystemsUnified CommerceReverse Logistics & Post-Sales Customer ExperienceUnified Customer ServiceConduct workshops, proof of concepts (POCs), and solution demonstrations to showcase business value.Lead discovery workshops and early-stage client engagements.Identify business challenges and cloud transformation opportunities.Develop cloud adoption roadmaps.Create winning deal strategies leveraging AWS technologies and partner offerings.Support complex negotiations through successful deal closure.Required Qualifications15+ years of experience in Professional Services, Business Development, Partner Management, or Presales.Proven success in Solution Architecture or Presales within: Consumer ProductsRetailHospitalityTravelExperience working for a Global Systems Integrator (GSI) or cloud technology company is highly preferred.Deep expertise in AWS Cloud technologies and AI services.Strong understanding of AWS products, services, partner ecosystem, and sales organization.Ability to translate technical solutions into measurable business outcomes and ROI.Excellent executive presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.Experience collaborating across Sales, Delivery, Technical, and AWS Partner teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for emerging technologies.*** Please note that any false information on your resume or application could lead to the offer being withdrawn or even termination after hire.***
