Executive Assistant to the President McAlester, OK 74501 Full Time: M-F ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Assist executive management with written and phone communications, and assist with scheduling appointments. Act as liaison between other departments within the bank for executive management. Prepare and deliver monthly reports for executive management in a timely manner. Provide assistance to other employees as needed. Manage various office duties as assigned. Perform other job related duties and special projects as assigned. Familiarity with ADP Payroll System is a Plus. Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlines. Must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing. Must be a cooperative team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to inter‑act with other offices and departments for accurate resolutions to problems, errors, in addition to timely completion of job tasks. Work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude. Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor at all times. Regular attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Constant use of computer screens. Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear. Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching. Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday.
