Job TitlePayrate: $30.76 - $30.76/hr.Key ResponsibilitiesLog in to client's Portal on a daily basis to review invoices and anticipated deductionsObtain back-up information for discrepancies such as shortages, RTV, pricing, trade discounts and freight on client's PortalEnsure line items on the client account are properly coded for clearing and matching of charge backs and credits in SAPReconcile and resolve credit balances to avoid past dueProvide customer with a AR status to resolve outstanding discrepancies and ensure that all issues are addressed with the client within the required time periodWork closely - most likely on a daily basis with our warehouse (LPS) for claims, POD discrepancies to resolve outstanding chargebacks and past due invoicesHandle special projects assigned by management and provide weekly updatesInteract with various departments to ensure proper work flow and escalate appropriatelyQualificationsBachelor's or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information SystemsMinimum 1-2 years of experience in the job offered or similar related field including but not limited to accounting or financeExperience with SAP or similar ERP system preferredSkillsSolid analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to identify discrepancies and inconsistenciesStrong attention to details is of paramount importance in this roleDiplomacy and ability to deal with difficult situationsExcellent Oral & Written Communication SkillsSolid Microsoft Office skills (Word & Excel) V-lookup and Pivot tables (Macros a+)AI tool implementation and usage skills in the job function preferredAttitude towards work and timeliness in completing daily tasksSense of urgency to get it done required Relationship ManagementAbility to multi-task in fast paced environmentThe typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $30.76- $30.76/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
