Position Overview Salary: £26,695 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Location: Plymouth (PL7 1SR) – Sales Assistant at Wolseley. This is a full‑time permanent role of 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday 08:00‑17:00) with occasional 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:00‑12:00, paid as overtime. Responsibilities Serve customers on the trade counter, understand their specific needs and provide product recommendations and quotations. Build relationships with customers to drive repeat business and maximize lifetime value. Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email promptly and courteously with a proactive attitude. Qualifications Previous face‑to‑face sales and customer service experience essential. Team player, happy to assist in all areas to ensure smooth running of the branch.
