Why Join Us: $150,000-200,000+ annually (100% Commission) Weekly Pay Company provided vehicle and gas card Ability to dispatch from home PTO and Paid Holidays Comprehensive benefits package including matching 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision, Accidental & Critical illness coverages Paid $15,000 Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability coverage What You'll Be Doing: Meet with homeowners to assess comfort needs and provide customized HVAC system solutions Design and present system replacement options, upgrades, and indoor air quality (IAQ) products (air purifiers, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, etc.) Educate customers on system performance, efficiency, and long-term value Build trust through exceptional customer service and professional communication Prepare accurate estimates and proposals using company tools Close sales and guide customers through the installation process Collaborate with install and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Maintain detailed records of appointments, proposals, and sales activity using mobile tools/software Requirements: 1-2 years of HVAC, in-home sales, or related experience preferred Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction Ability to build rapport and close sales in a residential setting Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Location: 7252 W Frontage Rd, Merriam, KS 66203 #J-18808-Ljbffr Polestar Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning
