Our Fortune 500 pharmaceutical client is seeking dedicated, customer-focused Call Center Representatives to join their growing remote team. If you have a passion for helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment this could be the perfect fit for you!

***Must be located in a one of the following approved states- OHIO, ARKANSAS, FLORIDA, NEVADA , KANSAS, WEST VIRGINIA,TENNESSEE, GEORGIA, MISSOURI, LOUISIANA, OKLAHOMA, MISSISSIPPI, ALABAMA and TEXAS***

| PAY- $16/hr. + Weekly Pay & Benefits | Full-Time, M–Fri | Equipment provided and shipped directly to home

If you live in the Irving/Dallas area equipment must be picked up at the Irving office.

(Must be able to work any 8-hr shift between 8 AM–9PM CST) Start Date: TBD.

What You’ll Do:

Handle inbound calls and occasional outbound follow-ups regarding medical inquiries.
Provide exceptional customer support to patients regarding prescription benefits.
Verify insurance, billing, and medical information with accuracy.
Partner with carriers to ensure proper medication coverage.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Federal Health Care Program guidelines.

Qualifications: 1 year or more of RECENT call center experience (Required – no exceptions!)

Strong attention to detail & accuracy
Knowledge of medical benefits, Prior Auth, EOB's preferred but not required.
Comfortable meeting performance metrics (KPIs)
A quiet, distraction-free home office setup
High-speed wired internet (Hotspots are not accepted)
Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills
