Property Accountant

Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Property Accountant for a growing property management company, working a hybrid schedule, in Richmond, VA.

Duties include:

Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Financial Statements, Planning and Reporting
Journal Entries
Assist with month-end closing, year-end audit and tax reporting
Monitor cash flow and accounts payable
Forecasting

Qualificiations:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business
5+ years of property accounting experience
Knowledge of Yardi or other property management software experience

Salary Range is $75K to $90K + bonus potential
