As NTi's Cost and Financial Analyst, you'll be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy and integrity, driving transparency, and performance by owning key finance processes, ensuring high-quality ERP data, and providing actionable insights to management, while continuously improving efficiency through standardization, automation, and process enhancement. Please note: This position will require access to technology and/or software source code that is subject to U.S. export controls. U.S. person or ITAR export license required

In a typical day, your expertise:

• Owns key financial processes related to revenue recognition, cost of goods sold, inventory, intercompany transactions, and selected balance sheet accounts.
• Supports the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process through reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, controls, and documentation
• Ensures high data quality and integrity in the ERP system through transaction reviews, master data follow-up, control activities, and improvement initiatives
• Performs cost, margin, and variance analyses to explain business performance and identify operational and financial improvement opportunities
• Develops, maintains, and automates dashboards, KPI reporting, and management reports to support decision-making across Finance and Operations
• Monitors inventory movements, valuation, and related controls, and contributes to physical counts, reconciliations, and inventory-related analyses as relevant
• Collaborates with Accounting, FP&A, Supply Chain, Production, and other business functions to ensure accurate reporting and strong financial decision support

We're thrilled to find candidates with:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Relevant experience within finance, accounting, controlling, cost accounting, or financial analysis; 3–5 years' experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience with month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals, controls, and financial documentation
• Experience with financial processes related to revenue, inventory, cost of goods sold; experience with profitability follow-up preferred
• Strong analytical skills, including cost analysis, variance analysis, profitability analysis, and interpretation of business drivers, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or project-based environment
• Experience with ERP systems, data management, and reporting tools; strong Excel skills and experience with dashboards/KPI reporting
• Experience collaborating across Accounting, FP&A, Operations, and other business functions in a dynamic environment
