Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients by administering physical tests relevant to range of motion, muscle strength, and overall functional capabilities to identify impairments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and limit the risks associated with specific conditions while focusing on patient goals.
• Utilize a range of physical modalities, including heat, light, sound, and therapeutic exercise, to optimize patient therapeutic outcomes while ensuring a safe environment for practice.
• Instruct and guide patients, family members, and caregivers in self-management techniques and home exercise programs to foster independence in care.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to provide insights regarding patients' treatment progress and adaptations needed in their management plans.
• Supervise and mentor support staff and therapy assistants, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere and ensuring adherence to treatment protocols.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
