Work Environment

Located in Fontana, California, our rehabilitation facility boasts a welcoming atmosphere conducive to healing. You will be part of a dynamic team working collaboratively in a facility that balances advanced treatment methodologies with a holistic approach to patient care. Our work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, offers a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities using various tests such as range of motion, muscle strength, and functional capabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with patients' specific goals, considering both their personal aspirations and medical recommendations.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to facilitate recovery.
• Provide ongoing adjustments to treatment plans based on continuous evaluation of patient progress and emerging needs.
• Instruct patients and their families in self-care strategies and home programs, empowering them to take active roles in their recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment strategies, sharing insights on patient progress and therapeutic interventions.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of patients during therapy sessions by implementing appropriate precautions and adapting methods as needed.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, delegating tasks and overseeing treatment provided by non-professional personnel.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure and registration as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience specifically in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• A clean professional record, reflecting no board actions or disciplinary measures.
• A strong command of manual therapy techniques with a proven ability to develop and lead effective exercise regimens.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse patient populations, particularly those requiring orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient progress and treatment plans effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
