Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify physical limitations, pain sources, and functional impairments in patients.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans focusing on physical rehabilitation, using a variety of therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, exercise therapy, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Monitor patient progress through regular reassessments to modify treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring optimal recovery.
• Educate patients on exercise regimens, self-management strategies, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health and prevent re-injury.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and medical doctors, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients with co-existing conditions.
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions to share insights and update treatment strategies based on patient progress.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities and training sessions to stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Licensed Physical Health Therapist will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, chronic pain, and neurological conditions. You'll utilize your skills to develop rehabilitation strategies aimed at enhancing mobility, improving strength, and reducing pain, ultimately helping patients regain independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, along with applicable state licensure.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
