Rising Sun Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in San Bernardino, California. Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough physical assessments of patients to determine their individual rehabilitative needs and establish personalized treatment plans.
• Administer one-on-one therapy sessions focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation, with hands-on manual therapy techniques essential for maximum patient recovery.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises and the importance of lifestyle adjustments that encourage adherence to their recovery programs.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance collaborative care approaches, sharing insights and strategies based on patient progress.
• Monitor and document patient progress rigorously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior staff and assistants, contributing to their professional development and team success.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse population ranging from young athletes recovering from sports injuries to older adults rehabilitating from surgical procedures. Our patients often face challenges related to orthopedic conditions, and you will use your expertise in Pelvic Floor rehabilitation when necessary, allowing us to deliver comprehensive care that addresses varying health needs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with an active Physical Therapy License required.
• Certification in Pelvic Floor rehabilitation is highly desired.
• Strong manual therapy skills demonstrated with a patient-driven approach.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to ensure efficient patient flow and accurate documentation.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively and empathetically with patients and team members.
• Willingness to learn and integrate new methodologies to enhance personal and team growth within a collaborative practice setting.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation setting.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient documentation and record-keeping.
• Strong background in various therapeutic modalities and techniques tailored to orthopedic rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits
